jm Studio Solutions explores architectural interior and exteriors through 3D computer modeling and graphic presentations. These images and photo manipulations help to illustrate the vision of what a project and design should look like.
Conceptual visualizations of existing spaces in need of renovations, details, or transformations can be easily seen with the use of a 3D computer rendering, short film, or printed media.
Digital 3D Modeling - accomplished through the use of AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop CS Software. All digital images must begin with Plans and Elevations. Either AutoCAD .dwg files or hand drawings with dimensions are acceptable.
Digital Composition - a perspective illustration created from the initial 3D model, includes an emphais on the building, pulls from a library of entourage of trees, people, cars, etc.
Finished Product - renderings can be emailed in various formats, printed in various sizes and finishes, or mailed as digital files or physical copies. jm Studio Solutions reserves the right to keep copies of all created material for promotial needs.

What is a rendering? A rendering is an illustration which shows how a potential architectural change might look. It allows for easy changes, visualization, and design work without any demolition or commitment to a physical change.
Who uses a rendering? Architectural renderings can be used by architects, interior designers, space planners, realtors, and home owners to help illustrate and communicate design concepts and spaces. This is especially helpftul for those who cannot visualize 2D architectural plans in thier minds.
Why not a traditional built model? Renderings can be created much faster than traditional scale models. They are also easily changed and manipulated to show specific views and interiors which a scale model cannot accomplish.
How long does a 3D Rendering take? Estimated turn-around times are shown on the table below.

Architectural consultations and drawings differ from 'blue prints' and drawings stamped by a registered architect. I am currently not a registered architect in any state. However you can view my portfolio, my personal education and experiential history here.
